What to Expect in a Mediumship Session

A mediumship session is an opportunity to connect with loved ones who have passed and receive the messages that come through during our time together. Each session unfolds naturally. I do not choose which spirit comes through, and I do not control the information that is shared. My role is simply to receive what I am shown, hear, or feel, and communicate those messages as clearly as possible.

Some sessions include very specific details that help identify who is communicating. Other times the messages focus more on emotional themes, memories, or reassurance. Every experience is different, but the intention is always connection, understanding, and healing.

These sessions are conducted virtually and typically last 90 minutes. Many clients find it helpful to take notes or record the session so they can revisit the messages afterward.

How to Prepare

You do not need to bring anything special to a mediumship session. The most helpful preparation is simply arriving open and relaxed. Try not to focus too strongly on one specific person you hope will come through. Spirit communication does not always work in a predictable order, and sometimes the person who has the strongest message for you will step forward first.

Before the session, you may want to take a few quiet moments to reflect on the loved ones you feel connected to and the memories you carry with them. It is also helpful to be in a comfortable, private space where you can focus fully on the experience.

Most importantly, come with curiosity rather than expectations. Mediumship works best when we allow the messages to unfold naturally.
